Wystawa „Komentatorki” w Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski w Warszawie jest poświęcona twórczości współczesnych artystek młodego pokolenia, które w swoich pracach komentują bieżące wydarzenia polityczne, społeczne i artystyczne. Głównym kryterium w wyborze prac było zajęcie przez ich autorki stanowczego stanowiska, prezentacja wniosków i własnych przemyśleń za pomocą sztuki na tematy powszechnie uznawane za nietypowe dla kobiet. Prace te są nieanonimowym, przez co odważnym, komentarzem do konkretnych problemów. W programie wydarzeń towarzyszących wystawie m.in. nocny pokaz filmów dokumentalnych zrealizowanych przez kobiety, pokazywanych i nagradzanych na Planete+ Doc Film Festival.
Blog powstał jako platforma do komunikacji pomiędzy organizatorami, artystkami i odbiorcami. Jest on poświęcony problemom poruszanym na wystawie. Regularnie będą tu dodawane wpisy organizatorów wystawy, zaproszonych gości, artystek i odbiorców.

The exhibition ”Women Commentators” in the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle is dedicated to the art of the young generation of female artists who comment on current political, social and artistic affairs through their art. Main criteria for the selection of pieces for the exhibition include the strength of the artist's position on the chosen subject, as well as the artistic presentation of conclusions and personal reflections on topics considered uncharacteristic as they relate to women. Since these pieces are not anonymous, they constitute remarkably brave comments on each particular issue. The exhibition will be accompanied by a range of events, such as the night screening of documentary films made by women filmmakers, presented and awarded at Planete+ Doc Film Festival.
The blog was created as a platform to enable communication between organisers, artists and the audience. It is dedicated to issues touched upon in the exhibition. It will be regularly updated with posts from exhibition organisers, invited guest contributors, artists and visitors.
